User Group : Objectives and Benefits
Our Objectives:
- Provide feedback on BackOffice Associates’ products, training and documentation.
- Help CranSoft development team prioritize the features and changes being considered for future products.
- Partner with BOA to ensure efficient and effective planning and execution of new installations and upgrades.
- Work with BOA in identifying strategic third-party suppliers and facilitating integration with BOA products.
- Collaborate with BOA and other User Group members to provide ROI information and success stories that can be used to garner support from management to ensure an effective data quality strategy for your organization.
- Share experiences and best practices with BOA and other User Group members to accelerate the capabilities of using BOA Tools and Methodology.

The cost:
Membership is free to customers with an active maintenance agreement in place with BackOffice Associates.
