User Group

BackOffice Associates® believes that a user group provides value to its members and the organizations in which they work. The BackOffice User Group (BUG™) has been created to leverage the best practices of our customers. Whether you have been using our tools and methodology for years, or you are new to BackOffice Associates, we would like you to partner with us and be the voice of the user community. BUG provides the opportunity to converse directly with our CTO, Thomas Kennedy, and members of the CranSoft development team. Working collaboratively to help us understand your issues will influence the future product direction. We value your thoughts, ideas and knowledge.

In addition, the User Group provides networking and educational opportunities, both of which will increase your knowledge of the CranSoft powered tools and BackOffice Associates methodology.
