Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

BackOffice Associates' Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Program sets forth legal and ethical standards of conduct for Members of the Board, Officers and Employees of the Company. The Code is intended to deter wrongdoing and to promote the conduct of all Company business in accordance with the highest standards of integrity and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
